1. A signed waiver must be on file.
2. Skate at your own risk.
3. Helmets are required and protective gear encouraged.
4. The colored band of the day must be worn on the wrist.
5. Report injuries to skate park management immediately.
6. Report any broken equipment, loose screws, or unsafe conditions to skate park
management immediately.
7. Lock backpacks and packages in lockers or leave them locked in your car or at home.
8. Eisenbergs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted.
10. No weapons, fighting or reckless behavior.
11. No alcohol or controlled substances on property.
12. No smoking in skate park.
13. No skating or bikes in neighboring parking lots or properties. Please respect our neighbors.
14. No soliciting or unauthorized sales on property.
15. No chewing gum in the skate park and no outside food, or beverages except birthday cake and water.
16. No graffiti.
17. No profanity.
If participant is under 18 and parent cannot be present at Eisenbergs
at the time the waiver is signed,
