1. A signed waiver must be on file.

2. Skate at your own risk.

3. Helmets are required and protective gear encouraged.

4. The colored band of the day must be worn on the wrist.

5. Report injuries to skatepark management immediately.

6. Report any broken equipment, loose screws, or unsafe conditions to skatepark management immediately.

7. Lock backpacks and packages in lockers or leave them locked in your car or at home.

8. Eisenbergs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted.

10. No weapons, fighting or reckless behavior.

11. No alcohol or controlled substances on property.

12. No smoking in skatepark.

13. No skating or bikes in neighboring parking lots or properties. Please respect our neighbors.

14. No soliciting or unauthorized sales on property.

15. No chewing gum in the skatepark and no outside food, or beverages exept birthday cake and water.

16. No graffiti.

17. No profanity.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE SKATEPARK OR SUSPENSION OF SKATEPARK PRIVILEGES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

• If participant is under 18 and parent cannot be present at Eisenbergs
  at the time the waiver is signed, parent's signature must be notarized.
• This is a Waiver And Release Of Liability. Read Before Signing.
• You will not be able to skate unless you have a signed waiver.
